RVN, PHC, Ncert (SAN)Jennifer qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2000 and has been working in the veterinary profession since 1997. Jennifer began working at Paddons in October 2010 as Head RVN. Jennifer has a keen interest in nutrition and nurse clinics and holds a certificate in wound management. Jennifer is also a Pet Insurance advisor.

BVSc MRCVSKirsty graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from Massey University in 2017. Kirsty made the move from New Zealand to join Paddons Vets in 2021. In her spare time Kirsty can be found gardening, hiking, or hanging out with her cat Loki.
Sunaina Jain

BVSc MRCVSSunaina (better known as Zoey) is our American/South African vet who joined us in November 2021. Born and raised in the US, Zoey spent her earlier years continent hopping before settling in South Africa where she graduated from The University of Pretoria – Onderstepoort in 2019. Zoey has a special interest in surgery and is set on specializing someday.

RVNEllen has been in the veterinary profession since 2005, qualified in 2010 and moved to Paddons in April 2017. Ellen particularly enjoys radiography, theatre nursing, and ward nursing. In her spare time, Ellen likes to socialise with friends, spend time with her family, and walk her dogs along the coast.

RVN ISFM Cert FN PHC L3DipSteph started in Veterinary practice in 2008 and qualified as a nurse in 2014. Steph holds a certificate in feline friendly nursing and is the practice cat advocate. She has a cat herself called Zia. In her spare time, Steph enjoys spending time with family or visiting different places on holiday.
Becky Hancock

RVNBecky has been nursing for a total of 27 years and qualified 21 years. Becky has a passion for Labradors and owns Branston, a chocolate Labrador, who is very mischievous and keeps her on her toes. Becky also has two cats, Opal and Tanzy. Becky has an interest in surgery and laboratory.

RVN NCert(Anaesth)Sam qualified in July 2018 and loves the challenge and variety in her role as an RVN. When at home; her pet sheep, goats, and chickens keep her very entertained and busy, and Sam’s favourite treat is going for long walks with her daughter and dogs to the beach or forest.

RVNHollie qualified as an RVN in 2016 and gained large animal experience in a veterinary hospital. She joined the Paddons team in 2021, and enjoys theatre, kennel nursing and has a particular interest in felines. When not working, she enjoys baking and spending time with her husband, daughter and their two gorgeous dogs.

SVNHolly is one of our longest serving members of staff having worked at Paddons since 2005 as a qualified Animal Nursing Assistant.

SVNKira is a huge lover of dogs, although any animal that needs attention she is on hand for a cuddle! Kira loves being with nature and going to the beach, as well as being with her gorgeous puppy Ruby.

Laura has worked at Paddons since February 2017 after relocating from Essex. Laura is a Feline Friendly Receptionist, Competent Veterinary Dispenser, and has a City and Guilds certificate in Veterinary Reception. In her spare time Laura enjoys swimming, yoga and spending time with her husband and son. They have three cats; Jenson, Wally and Noddy.

Debbie has worked for Paddons Vets since 1997 as a receptionist. Debbie divides her spare time between family and five cats. Debbie is a keen baker of Mary Berry recipes and also makes a smashing lemon drizzle cake.
Stacey Godbold
Veterinary Receptionist
AVR SQP RVCCA DipNCS (VCC)Stacey joined the team in 2017, after which she become the first veterinary receptionist in the UK to become fully accredited under the British Veterinary Receptionist Association. She is a registered animal medicines advisor, a Cat Friendly veterinary receptionist and a competent veterinary dispenser, and holds a national diploma in animal care. She is also qualified to dispense and sell parasite treatments and offer advice on shampoos, diets and ear cleaners.
Janet Ashworth

AVROur Lancashire lass started working at Paddons in March 2018. Janet had previously worked in the Police Force in Greater Manchester. Janet is a Registered Veterinary Receptionist, Feline Friendly Receptionist, Competent Veterinary Dispenser and is our charity champion. Janet has now passed a Pet Bereavement Councillor course with distinction. Janet is also the coordinator of the Italian Spinone Club of Great Britain Re-home and Rescue. Janet keeps entertained by her two dogs, two cats, and two horses.
Sophie Hubbard

Sophie recently joined the Reception team in March 2022. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys long walks in the countryside with her fiancé and their dog Buzz, often with her camera in hand to take photos of the wildlife.
Donna Dring
Veterinary Receptionist
Donna has worked as a veterinary receptionist for nearly eight years before joining the Paddons team in August 2022. Outside of work, much of Donna’s time is spent looking after her own four-legged friends, as well as competing at dog shows with some of her Portuguese Water Dogs. Crufts is most definitely an important date in her calendar every year! Donna is partial to a gin and tonic (or a coffee!) and enjoys catching up with friends and family over dinner and drinks, or a little boogie on the dance floor! Donna will forever be young at heart and loves nothing more than a nineties dance classic.
